Privacy policy
This policy covers the inroots.ai website. The InRoots product is covered by the agreement you sign with us and runs on infrastructure you control.
What this website collects
The website is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms that store data, no advertising and no third-party analytics. It does not set tracking cookies.
Local storage
Your theme choice (light or dark) and your language choice are stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them. They never leave your browser.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp) for security and capacity purposes. Logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.
If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and for our records. We do not add you to mailing lists.
Sample data on this site
The dashboard shown on the landing page uses fictional names and numbers labelled "Sample data". Portrait images are placeholder illustrations, not real people.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to privacy@inroots.ai.
Changes
We will post changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Effective date: 12 September 2026.
