The idea
When the whole team sees the same scorecard, people manage themselves and the manager finally gets to lead. InRoots turns a one-line check-in into fair goals, visible progress and a score anyone can explain.

A productivity app, not a monitoring tool. No agents, no screenshots. Every claim on this site traces to a feature that exists in the product today.
Where it comes from
InRoots grew out of an engine that has been running a real organisation's daily operations since 2025: 448 API routes, 64 scheduled jobs, 16 AI providers, one container.
